【摘要】:ThefundamentalmethodforobtainingCIEtristimulusvaluesorothercolorcoordinatesfordescribingthecolorsofradiantsourcesisbytheuseofspectroradiometricmeasurements.ThesemeasurementsareusedbysummationtogetherwithnumericalvaluesrepresentingtheCIE1931StandardObserver(CIEPublication15:2004)andnormalizedtoKm,themaximumspectralluminousefficacyfunction,withavalueof683lm/W.Thispracticeprovidesaprocedureforselectingtheoperatingparametersofspectroradiometersusedforprovidingthedesiredprecisionspectroradiometricdata,fortheircalibration,andforthephysicalstandardsrequiredforcalibration.Specialrequirementsforcharacterizingsourcesoflightpossessingnarrowordiscontinuousspectraarepresentedanddiscussed.ModificationstotheproceduresofPracticeE308aregiventocorrectfortheunusualnatureofnarrowordiscontinuoussources.1.1Thispracticeprescribestheinstrumentalmeasurementrequirements,calibrationprocedures,andphysicalstandardsneededforprecisespectroradiometricdataforcharacterizingthecolorandluminanceofradiantsources.1.2Thispracticeliststheparametersthatmustbespecifiedwhenspectroradiometricmeasurementsarerequiredinspecificmethods,practices,orspecifications.1.3Thispracticedescribestheuniquecalculationproceduresrequiredtodeterminebasiccolorimetricdataofluminoussources.1.4Thispracticeisgeneralinscoperatherthanspecificastoinstrument,object,ormaterial.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
