本部分定义一种方法,这种方法依据GB/T 23717.1测得的数据对作用于建筑物上的振动与冲击进行分级。环境振动条件的分级体系可以作为设计人员、振动与冲击敏感设备的制造商和用户以及建筑开发商的使用指南。考虑的振动与冲击类型包括从地板、桌子、墙壁、天花板或孤立的系统传递到设备部件的作用,它们可能由以下方面产生:a) 外部振源,例如交通(公路、铁路或航空)或是建筑物的建造和施工活动(爆破、打桩和振动密实),还包括天气原因引起的振动以及声音轰鸣和声学激励引起的振动响应;b) 室内使用的设备,如冲床、锻造锤、旋转设备(空气压缩机、空调系统等)和在建筑物内运输或运行的重型设备;c) 与维修和操作设备相关的人员活动,例如人的走动,尤其是在垫起的地板上。通常所关注的频率范围为2Hz~200Hz。一般的特征频率均小于100Hz,因为它表现的是建筑物内各要素的响应。本部分仅从最大振幅的角度来处理振动。不涉及振动的其他量化概念(如疲劳寿命的估计等)。
