【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththespecification,designandtestingofpowertransformersandreactorswhichareintendedforintegrationwithinsemiconductorconvertorplants;itisnotapplicabletotransformersdesignedforindustrialorpublicdistributionofa.c.poweringeneral.Thescopeofthisstandardislimitedtoapplicationsofpowerconvertors,ofanypowerrating,forlocaldistribution,atmoderateratedconvertorvoltage,generallyforindustrialapplicationsandtypicallywithahighestvoltageforequipmentnotexceeding36kV.ThisstandardisnotapplicabletotransformersforHVDCpowertransmission.Thesearehigh-voltagetransformers,andtheyaresubjectedtod.c.voltagetests.Thestandardsforthecompleteconvertorplant(IEC60146,orotherpublicationsdedicatedtoparticularfieldsofapplication)maycontainrequirementsofguaranteesandtests(suchasinsulation,powerloss)forthewholeplant,includingtheconvertortransformerandpossiblyauxiliarytransformersandreactorequipment.Thisdoesnotrelievetheapplicationoftherequirementsofthisstandardconcerningtheguaranteesandtestsapplicabletotheconvertortransformeritselfasaseparatecomponentbeforebeingassembledwiththeremainderoftheconvertorplant.Theguarantees,serviceandtypetestsdefinedinthisstandardapplyequallytotransformerssuppliedaspartofanoverallconvertorpackage,ortothosetransformersorderedseparatelybutforusewithconvertorequipment.Anysupplementaryguaranteeorspecialverificationhastobespecificallyagreedinthetransformercontract.Theconvertortransformerscoveredbythisstandardmaybeoftheoil-immersedordry-typedesign.Unlessspecificexceptionsarestatedinthisstandard,thetransformersarerequiredtocomplywithIEC60076foroil-immersedtransformers,andwithIEC60726fordry-typetransformers.NOTES1Forsomeconvertorapplications,itispossibletousecommondistributiontransformersofstandarddesign.Theuseofsuchstandardtransformersinthespecialconvertorapplicationsmayrequireacertainderating.Thismatterisnotspecificallycoveredinthisstandard,whichdealswiththerequirementstobeplacedonspeciallydesignedunits.Itispossibletoestimatethisderatingfromtheformulaegivenin5.1,andalsofromclause9ofIEC60076-8.2Wheredry-typetransformersareused,specialcareshouldbetakeninconsideringtheshorttimeconstantsapplicableandtheincreasededdycurrentsflowinginthelargercross-sectionconductorsorfoilwindings.3EN61378-1isnotapplicableforrailwayapplications.Thisstandardonlydealswithtransformerswithoneactivepartandoneinterphasetransformer.Forseveralactivepartsinthesametank,anagreementbetweenthepurchaserandmanufacturerisnecessaryregardingthedeterminationandthemeasurementofthetotallosses.ThisstandarddealsonlywithtransformerstarYanddelta△connections.Forotherconnectionsanagreementbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturerisnecessary.
