【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR12391appliestoseamlessrefillablecylindersofallsizesfrom0,5|uptoandincluding150|watercapacityproducedofsteelwithtensilestrength(Rm)greaterthan1100MPa.Itcanalsobeappliedtocylindersproducedfromsteelsusedatlowertensilestrengths.Inparticular,itprovidesthetechnicalrationaleandbackgroundtoguidefuturealterationsofexistingISOstandardsorfordevelopingadvanceddesignstandards.ThispartofISO/TR12391isasummaryandcompilationofthetestresultsobtainedduringthedevelopmentofthe"flawed-cylindercyclicalbursttest".Thetestisanalternatetestmethodtotheflawed-cylinderbursttestwithmonotonicpressurizationandisusedtoevaluatethefractureperformanceofsteelcylinderswhichareusedtotransporthigh-pressurecompressedgases.Theconceptanddevelopmentoftheflawed-cylindercyclicalbursttestisdescribedinISO/TR12391-1.Thedetailsofthetestmethodandthecriteriaforacceptablefractureperformanceofsteelcylindersaregivenin9.2.5.3.2ofISO9809-2:2000.InthispartofISO/TR12391,testresultsarereportedformorethanonehundredflawed-cylindercyclicalburstteststhatwereconductedonseamlesssteelcylindersthatrangedintensilestrengthfrom750MPato1210MPa.Thetestmethodisintendedtobeusedbothfortheselectionofmaterialsandtoestablishdesignparametersinthedevelopmentofnewcylindersaswellasforanefficientqualitycontroltesttobeusedduringtheproductionofcylinders.
