【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidancefororganizationsintheapplicationofISO9001:2000totheacquisition,supply,development,operationandmaintenanceofsystemsandrelatedsupportservices.ItdoesnotaddtoorotherwisechangetherequirementsofISO9001:2000.TheguidelinesprovidedinthisTechnicalReportarenotintendedtobeusedasassessmentcriteriainqualitymanagementsystemregistrationorcertification.1.1PurposeThisTechnicalReportadoptsISO/IEC15288systemslifecycleprocessesasastartingpointforsystemdevelopment,operationormaintenanceandidentifiesthoseequivalentrequirementsinISO9001:2000thathaveabearingontheimplementationofISO/IEC15288.1,2FieldofApplicationTheapplicationofthisTechnicalReportisappropriatetosystemsthatare--partofacommercialcontractwithanotherorganization,--aproductavailableforamarketsector,--usedtosupporttheprocessesofanorganization,--embeddedinahardwareproduct,or--relatedtosoftwareservices.Someorganizationsmaybeinvolvedinalloftheaboveactivities;othersmayspecializeinonearea.Whateverthesituation,theorganization'squalitymanagementsystemshouldcoverallaspects(systemrelatedandnon-systemrelated)ofthebusiness.1.3LimitationsThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidanceforsoftwareintensivesystems.Forguidanceinsoftwaredevelopment,operationandmaintenanceseethecompaniondocumentISO/IEC90003.
