【摘要】:1.1.1ScopeofEN1991-Eurocode1(1)PEN1991providesgeneralprinciplesandactionsforthestructuraldesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworksincludingsomegeotechnicalaspectsandshallbeusedinconjunctionwithEN1990andEN1992-1999.(2)EN1991alsocoversstructuraldesignduringexecutionandstructuraldesignfortemporarystructures.Itrelatestoallcircumstancesinwhichastructureisrequiredtogiveadequateperformance.(3)EN1991isnotdirectlyintendedforthestructuralappraisalofexistingconstruction,indevelopingthedesignofrepairsandalterationsorforassessingchangesofuse.(4)EN1991doesnotcompletelycoverspecialdesignsituationswhichrequireunusualreliabilityconsiderationssuchasnuclearstructuresforwhichspecifieddesignproceduresshouldbeused.1.1.2ScopeofEN1991-4actionsonstructures:silosandtanks(1)PThispartprovidesgenetalprinciplesandactionsforthestructuraldesignofsilosforthestorageofparticulatesolidsandtanksforthestorageoffluidsandshallbeusedinconjunctionwithEN1990,otherpartsofEN1991andEN1992toEN1999.(2)Thispartincludessomeprovisionsforactionsonsiloandtankstructuresthatarenotonlyassociatedwiththestoredsolidsorliquids(e.g.theeffectsofthermaldifferentials,aspectsofthedifferentialsettlementsofbatteriesofsilos)(3)Thefollowinggeometricallimitationsapplytothedesignrulesforsilos:-thesilocross-sectionshapesarelimitedtothoseshowninFigure1.1d,thoughminorvariationsmaybeacceptedprovidedthestructuralconsequencesoftheresultingchangesinpressureareconsidered;-thefollowingdimensionallimitationsapply:h/d<10h<100md<60m-thetransitionliesinasinglehorizontalplane(seeFigure1.1a);-thesilodoesnotcontainaninternalstructuresuchasaconeorpyramidwithitsapexuppermost,cross-beams,etc.However,arectangularsilomaycontaininternalties.(4)Thefollowinglimitaionsonthestoredsolidsapplytothedesignrulesforsilos:-eachsiloisdesignedforadefinedrangeofparticulatesolidsproperties;-thestoredsolidisfree-flowing,orthestoredsolidcanbeguaranteedtoflowfreelywithinthesilocontainerasdesigned(see1.5.12andAnnexC);-themaximumparticlediameterofthestoredsolidisnotgreaterthan0,03d(seeFigure1.1d).NOTE:Whenparticlesarelargecomparedtothesilowallthickness,accountshouldbetakenoftheeffectsofsingleparticlesapplyinglocalforcesonthewall.(5)Thefollowinglimitationsonthefillinganddischargearrangementsapplytothedesignrulesforsilos:-fillinginvolvesonlynegligibleinertiaeffectsandimpactloads;-wheredischargedevicesareused(forexamplefeedersorinternalflowtubes)solidsflowissmoothandcentral.(6)Onlyhoppersthatareconica(i.e.axisymmetric),squarepyramidalorwedge-shaped(i.e.withverticalendwalls)arecoveredbythisstandard.Otherhoppershapesandhopperswithinternalsrequirespecialconsiderations.(7)Somesiloswithasystematicallynon-symmetricgeometryarenotspecificallycoveredbythisstandard.Thesecasesincludeachiselhopper(i.e.awedgehopperbeneathacircularcylinder)andadiamond-backhopper.(8)Thedesignrulesfortanksapplyonlytotanksstoringliquidsatnormalatmosphericpressure.(9)ActionsontheroofsofsilosandtanksaregiveninEN1991-1-4,EN1991-1-3toEN1991-1-7andEN1991-3asappropriate.(10)Thedesignofsilosforreliablesolidsdischargeisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.(11)Thedesignofsilosagainstsiloquaking,shocks,honking,poundingandsilomusicisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
