【摘要】:1Thisdocumentestablishesgeneralprinciplesfortheexecutionofmicropiles.Theyarefor:—drilledmicropilesashaftdiameternotgreaterthan300mm;—drivenmicropilesashaftdiameteroramaximumshaftcrosssectionalextensionnotgreaterthan150mm.2Micropilesarestructuralmemberstotransferactionstothegroundandmaycontainbearingelementstotransferdirectlyorindirectlyloadsandortolimitdeformations.Theirshaftandbaseresistancemaybeimproved(mostlybygrouting)andtheymaybeconstructedwith(seeFigure1):—uniformcrosssection(straightshaft);or—telescopicallychangingshaftdimensions;—shaftenlargements;and/or—baseenlargement.3Otherthanpracticalconsiderations,therearenolimitationsregarding,length,rake(definitionofrake,seeFigure2),slendernessratioorshaftandbaseenlargements.4Theprovisionsofthedocumentapplyto(seeFigure3):—singlemicropiles;—micropilegroups;—reticulatedmicropiles;—micropilewalls.5Themicropileswhicharethesubjectofthisdocumentcanbeinstalledintothegroundusingdrilling,drivingoracombinationofthesemethods.6Thematerialofmicropilescoveredbythisdocumentcanbe:—steelorotherreinforcementmaterials;—grout,mortarorconcrete;—acombinationofabove.7Micropilesmaybeusedfor:—workingunderrestrictedaccessand/orheadroomconditions;—foundationsofnewstructures(particularlyinveryheterogeneoussoilorrockformations);—reinforcingorstrengtheningofexistingstructurestoincreasethecapacitytotransferloadtodepthwithacceptableloadsettlementcharacteristics,e.g.underpinningworks;—reducingsettlementsand/ordisplacements;—formingaretainingwall;—reinforcingofsoiltoformabearingand/orretainingstructure;—improvingslopestability;—securingagainstuplift;—otherapplicationswheremicropiletechniquesareappropriate.8Mixed-in-placecolumnsandtimberpilesarenotincludedinthisdocument.ColumnsconstructedbyjetgroutingarecoveredbyEN12716.GroundanchorsarecoveredbyEN1537.
